As you know that many cause depressions, maybe because your girlfriend or boyfriend left you for another better person, that will be so terribly painful. Or your pet died, you got fired from your job, or your fiancée refused to marry you. Are there any worse than these? Surely are, but let’s hope for any better than those things. However, when those things happen to you, then you will fall into great disappointment and depression. But don’t waste your time for such a trivial drama, because everyone must have felt that too.

To help yourselves bringing back your soul from that messed-up moment, doing exercise is actually one best solution you must try. Of course you need a shoulder to cry on, but you need it for a while because you must get back to your road. Yes, working out is another way to get rid of depression.

During your painful and depressive moment, train yourself with your favorite exercises, it means any exercises you like. You can go running, jogging, swimming, or even cliff diving if you prefer that. A research proves by doing exercise, your body produces chemical and psychological changes that might improve your health. If your body gets its best health, it will change the level of hormones in blood and stimulate the mood-affecting brain chemicals. Also, exercise will improve your autonomic nervous system function.

So, exercise is a positive activity to do when you are depressed, it much better than killing yourselves.
