Sometimes world is so silent without music, the day seems so dull without melody. Most people love to spend hours to hours listening to music while doing their activity like working, driving, cooking, and so on. Even when you’re chatting with your friends, you still need music as background and when you are alone at night you turn your iPod on so it won’t be so creepy.
People have the choice to listen to the music through out loud-speaker or the more private instruments like earphone. Earphone comforts you with clearer sound and you can adjust the volume you desired. However, using earphone needs more understanding because when you use it falsely, it would endanger your hearing health.
These are some important points you need to consider while using earphone:
• Remove your earphone from your ear in every 20 minutes.
• Turn on an average volume level, not too loud. When you cannot hear the surrounding sound, it means you should turn the volume down.
• Ensure that ‘CE’ or ‘SNI’ label is listed on the earphone you bought.
• Never push the earphone too deep inside your ear.
• Choose a music player with no more than 95 decibel.
Those easy health tips would be helpful to reduce your hearing impairment risk because over-loudness sound from your earphone will hurt your eardrum and risk your hearing ability.
