What you must avoid when headache attack

Low blood sugar is one of major causes of headache. For example, it begins with your head starts to become so light when you suddenly stand up from your sit without preparation. This sudden act often stimulates headache. Thus, to avoid from having headache then you must avoid the lower of your low blood sugar.
Classically, many people think that sugar cures low blood sugar. They assume that low blood sugar means the amount of sugar in the blood is decreasing. In fact, it is a pretty false assumption. Conversely, you are suggested to avoid sugar when headache comes. It is true that sugar may raise the blood sugar in the blood but it just for a temporarily moment, however, it will just make you feel better in a short time.
According to medical view, low blood sugar is the result of an abused pancreas which over stimulates the production of insulin in the body. To control this, you should eat the food in smaller portion than you usually have at short intervals. It is much better rather than you eat larger portions in three daily times feeding. So the fewer portions you have means the fewer sugar amounts you consume. Furthermore, the short intervals give result in the decreasing of the carbohydrates ingestion till the minimum level. So, don’t you ever think to have warm sweet tea and hot coffee to increase your low blood sugar because they over stimulates the pancreas.
