Smoking has been a habitual for most people nowadays. They don’t consider the bad effect of smoking, even though they do, it just a simple notification for them to consider later. However, there is no ‘late’ to stop your bad habit. Even though you are a very heavy smoker, you can stop right away when you realize that it gives bad effect to your health and of course your financial thing. Spend a few times to have 30 minutes jogging to quicken the recovery of heart function. You can do it either morning or evening, just spend sometimes to do it. To prevent heart cancer, consume vegetables and fruits every day. For smoker, it is better to have an additional menu of strawberry or black or red raspberry. It helps to avoid throat cancer.

According to a research conducted by Ohio State University, it is a right way to consume whole grain and green vegetables. As well consuming meat and milk product twice a day will benefit you with B12 vitamin which may reduce the cell damage that causes cancer.

If you an ex smoker who once wasting a box of smoke in a day, you better do screening CT-scan test to check the possibility of lung cancer. This way can help you to detect tumor. This test is proved to reduce the possibility of the patient to suffer from tumor.
