A cool water fresh from the freezer will increase your strength. You can perform the exercise 25% longer than those who consume warm water. It happens because cool water helps to stable you body temperature in a low level without lessen your energy so it maximizes the calories burning.
Sway your hand when you’re walking. This small movement will effectively burn your calories 15% higher than doing exercise.
Do stretching before the exercise to keep your muscle’s pliability. It helps your body to prepare its condition before starting the movement during exercise.
When you jog, attach your mp4 and listen to your favorite music. A study proves that listening to music while performing exercise makes your exercise time longer than usual, because you will not notice how long the time you have spent while listening to music.
