Watch your diet.
You don’t have to pass up that delicious chuck roast, greasy food, or your Mom’s sweet pancake. One thing you should do is just reduce the portion of the food you consume because it will reduce fat intake and cut down on sugar. Thus, you will gain a reduction in cholesterol or blood pressure, or better blood sugar control. What’s more? Taking vegetables as your side dishes and completing your meal time with fresh fruit are good additions to your healthy diet.
Move your body, make steps.
If you don’t have time to jog or run, walk is enough. At least spend 10 to 30 minutes walking every day because it helps you to prevent weight gain and decrease the risk factors for heart disease.
Couch is more than an alright place.
Falling asleep on couch is healthy. The fact is that human body needs time to rest, so you need to take a nap especially when you don’t get enough sleep at night.
Again, no money-spending is needed because those small activities are really cheap and easy. Forget to buy that expensive exercise tools or body slimmer if inexpensive options are laid ahead.
