These best diet fruits will help to lower the blood pressure. As an exception, do not consume bananas and jackfruit, these are fruits that are not suggested to be taken during the diet.

After that first week, you can make addition to your diet by adding milk in your diet menu. Make sure that the milk you drink is fresh and has been boiled just one time. And after the two weeks, you can have cereals as your food.
