Headache might be symptom of hypertension

Experiencing headache excessively may bring you to hypertension. Commonly, high blood pressure provokes headache. So when you are getting up in the morning and feeling the headache at the back of your head, it is the time this high blood pressure causes headache. You will suddenly sit down on your bedside and you sometimes have to creep on the wall so you won’t fall while heading to your bathroom.
To release this bad headache, you can follow these two easy tips. The first one is you can try a safe treatment by immersing your legs to calf in a hot water for 15 to 29 minutes. This method helps your body to draw the blood from the head and down to the feet. It relieves your headache.
The second one is by practicing yoga called pranayama. Stand your body straightly with the feet aligned straight too till they touch each other. Then, lock your fingers together with the hands beneath the chin, keep this position during the entire exercise. Raise your arms slowly while inhaling deeply and filling your lungs with air. Enjoy the reaction of inhaling through your throat and then raise your arms slowly above your head, lean back and exhale. Don’t forget to keep the position of your hands at your chin. When the air in your lung is totally empty, feeling the similar reaction the air does to your throat. And slowly lower your arms. Do this method repeatedly for 20 minutes.
