Headache and Stress

There is a time when you cannot express your emotions especially anger, irritation, depression, disappointment, and so on. You have your own reasons why you must keep it for yourselves, that you cannot share it even with your family or your closest friends. As those emotions pilling up on your head and striking your chest, you begin to suffer from the pounding headache.
Yes, it is true! Stress brings you a painful headache. In other way, if you are incapable to suppress your stress, it means you cannot solve your headache problems. Therefore, you must learn to control your emotions so you indirectly control your stress. From now on, you must learn to release your emotion, you should express it or share it so you will release your burden. When you keep those loaded burden in your head, the negative feelings your emotions produced worsen your headache.
When you hold up your emotion and stress, automatically the neck muscles are tightened. The slight pain which is gradually getting worse, is a sign of your stress. To overcome this headache, you must relieve the tension and than add tension. Try the simple method by tightening your muscles at the back of your neck for 10 counts and then release it. Repeat this method as much as you like until the pain in your head gone.
The other simple way to avoid headache is share your problems with your friends or someone you trust. Try not to keep it inside so you will avoid the stress.
