Avoid headache with eyes therapy

When you feel as if hammer-blow attacks you thousand times from the inside of your head, or like tons of loads fell on top of your head, there’s no doubt that you’ll desperate to continue your day. Your working hours, your daily activities, even your break time find no peace if headache rushes into your head.
Taking pills to reduce your painful headache just give you a minute of relief because when it ends, you’ll suffer worse. But lose your worries because easy solution will fix your problem. Therefore, there are simple methods you can do called eyes therapy to naturally reduce the terrible effect of headache.
Eyes work almost the whole day for example during the work hours like staring at work papers, computer’s monitors, analyzing small details, and even the worse is getting air pollution. Commonly, eyestrain is a natural cause of headache, it means if you can reduce your eyestrain so you also reduce the painful headache. This therapy is actually simple exercises by moving eyes up and down, from left to right, palming, rotating the head, with neck outstretched, forward and backward three times. Firstly, three times clockwise and other three times counter clockwise. After doing this simple eye exercises you will feel a relief from your eyestrain.
You can make other extra exercises by massaging your neck gently, bring the shoulder together and then release them. Afterwards, sitting yourselves in relax manner and place a cool compress over your eyes to rest them.
